If a conversion or modernization measure is planned, the corresponding scope of delivery and subcontractors are defined, rough schedules and assembly plans as well as technical plans are developed and the tender documents are drawn up. The commercial responsibility remains with you, POWECON only takes over the coordination and technical evaluation for the tendering process. As the project progresses, POWECON takes over the coordination of the subcontractors with regard to scheduling and assembly planning and coordinates this with the subcontractors and their needs during assembly and/or revision. The aim is to use the time available effectively for everyone involved and to reduce assembly, inspection and downtimes. During the conversion measures, POWECON takes over the construction supervision and the daily coordination as well as the crisis management. The aim is to carry out the measures on time and within budget.
